The Adrenaline Gun is one of the Nano Weapons in Kick the Buddy and Kick the Buddy Forever.
When you shoot it on Buddy, He will go crazy in delight, saying "It's the never ending story!" or "Weirdly Akward!".
When Buddy has a lot of Adrenaline inside of him, he won't fight you or attack you, He'll just flee. Also, when you shoot this on the rag doll, you'll see that his eyes can go dizzy in colors green.
