The x-ray is an item in Kick the Buddy,located in the Machines category and can be acquired through the daily rewards.
When selected,the machine rushes in from the right,and is ready the next second.Pressing the scan button will show Buddy's bones,though not normally;the x-ray is legitimately removing his skin behind it.His bones will also glow with acid,and will begin to vomit.After many scans,buddy will choke to death.
